Source One is a full service, fully licensed and insured investigative agency authorized to conduct Investigations originating from either Florida or Virginia. Source One serves the general public, corporations, including law firms, insurance companies, retail & service companies, as well as other investigative agencies.
All Investigators at Source One are fully licensed and trained to exceed the standards of the Industry. Some Investigators have previous law enforcement experience and/or military training, and each employee must meet a stringent Internship and Continuing Education Program throughout their employment. Source One's Investigators are dynamic, discreet, adaptive and professional. Source One employs culturally diverse, full-time Investigators, and only utilizes state-of-the-art equipment, including body-worn, covert video recorders.
A unique strategy is developed for each case accepted by Source One taking into consideration any budget concerns that you may have. Each case includes a professional, court-ready report, photographs and video, if applicable, of all findings relevant to the Investigation. Timely updates regarding your case are supplied throughout the Investigation, and all findings are furnished within 5-7 business days following the conclusion of the Investigation, unless previous arrangements were made. Currently we have a turnaround time of 2 weeks from the date a case has been assigned.

**A minimum of 2, 8-hour days of consecutive surveillance must be ordered, and the Claimant must be inactive on each day of surveillance. On a 2-day surveillance, Source One will conduct an additional 4-hours of surveillance on the following day at no hourly charge, mileage only charged to the client. If 3, 8-hour days of surveillance are ordered, and the Claimant is inactive on each day, Source One will conduct an additional 8-hour day of surveillance on the following day. Mileage only charged. Guarantee is available for all Insurance Claim Surveillances that meet the above criteria; not available for subcontracted casework.
